Location to the train Krankenstation could not get closer. Walking distance to shopping and museums. Quite clean and had AC when it got hot and sticky hinein the city.

Attractive smaller city. It's almost unknown rein Britain, but it has a five-year modern art festival called Documenta, which we had never heard of, lots of other attractions and green spaces - the Bergpark is a 'must' - and the people seem friendly. Then we spent our final day rein ghastly Frankfurt, and wished we had stayed hinein Kassel.

B&B Hotel Kassel offers comfortable rooms just a 15-minute walk from the spacious Karslruhe Park hinein the heart of Kassel city center.

City itself is not so remarkable, but the downtown area and the Christmas market are nice. We stopped briefly at the Grimm World Museum but didn't have time to go through it. We found some good restaurants.

The Renthof is a hidden gem, yes it is a little quirky but that only adds to the appeal, staff were great, friendly and helpful, the hotel is fabulous, the room great, nothing to fault. Will be back rein the summer

This hotel is located very close to Wilhelmshoehe Krankenstation, so if you travel includes arrival/departure to/from this station or interest for Badezimmer-Wilhelmshoehe part of Kassel, it is a reasonable place to stay. But main attractions of Kassel’s center are 3-4 km far from there.

The hotel is perfect for relaxing once it is silent and offers all meals rein the Wirtschaft, so there is no need to leave it during the stay. The landscape is also beautiful and there are some cuty cats living there.

The Weihnachsmarkt had a very nice atmosphere with good food and drinks. The city center has all the usual shops. Grimmwelt is a very extensive museum with a nice (but expensive) Gasthof. The annoying thing about Kassel is that they close a lot of things during certain periods of time.
